Mountain Biking

The whole of the North Coast is an area with miles and miles of trails: there are climbs, massive long descents, woodland trails - everything you want (ok, maybe no mud!).

We have 30 Marin Bobcat Trail mountain bikes, in all sizes; a 18 bike mountain-lite trailer and a 17 seater minibus. We mostly cater for groups and clubs. We have maps and know the whole area very well and can advise and point you in the right direction. We offer individually tailored mountain bike holidays, or you can do the fabulous 'Cape to Cape', see below.

We offer several options for mountain biking:

Daily hire at Gecitkoy Reservoir with its eight waymarked trails (ranging from 3.4 miles to 11.8 miles) at £8 per half day. Maps available, see www.northcyrustrails.org (area G).
Bike hire with bikes delivered to your hotel or villa, minimum 3-day hire at £10 per day or £60 per week. Delivery and collection east of Kyrenia £10 and west of Kyrenia £5. Call Nick Bayley on tel: 0090 533 844 7015.

Cape to Cape Mountain Biking Tour

For the serious mountain bikers we have a great new 5-day fully supported tour: Cape to Cape, following the Kyrenia Mountain Trail - a new sustainable tourism project. This fabulous long distance trail runs along the whole length of the mountain chain that forms the north coast of North Cyprus, yet is only a few miles inland from the beautiful azure Mediterranean twinkling below. We offer a fully supported programme for clubs, groups and Tour Operators, we do the luggage transfer and everything necessary to make this ride through unspoilt nature an unforgettable exerience.
